1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and baba8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the baba8 website, mobile application, and all services provided through our platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the baba8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Security

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at baba8 at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. baba8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

4.3 Failed Transactions

If funds have been deducted from your bank account but not credited to your baba8 account, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction. baba8 will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 working hours.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Baba8 members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to fulfilling the conditions outlined in this section. baba8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• A complete and verified KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed

All bonuses have rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. 7 Game Rules

9.2 Closure or Suspension by baba8

Baba8 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict the account of any member at any time without prior notice if:

• Member found to have violated any provision of these Terms
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Registration details found to be false or inaccurate
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

10 Liability Limits

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where baba8 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
